Aston Carter Contracts Administrator in York, Pennsylvania

Description:

  • Handle administrative functions relating to the interpretation of customer contractual requirements

  • Disseminate of pertinent information necessary to process the work to meet contractual obligations.

  • Has responsibility to inform the customer regarding contract status and to ensure that billings are promptly issued

  • Responsible to ensure a smooth flow of contractually required information is made to all internal disciplines and to the customer

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this position.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major, or equivalent specialized training, knowledge, and experience.

  • 2-3 years of contract-related experience

  • Excellent computer skills required.

  • Must have working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications, including MS Project

  • Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable international law, or public contract acquisitions law and regulations.
