Channel & Sales Tools Analyst (f/m/d)

As Channel & Sales Tools Analyst you are responsible for defining, developing, and managing the tools and processes used by our customers, partners and sales improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.

This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers and partners have access to the necessary resources to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive One Channel Tool Strategy:

  • Collaborate with GTM and Cluster BizDev stakeholders to identify requirements, pain points and areas for improvement in our tools & processes.

  • Research and evaluate potential tools and technologies that align with desired outcomes.

  • Harmonize processes between various European Countries

  • Develop and Maintain Tools:

  • Work with internal and external software developers to create or enhance tools that automate workflows, are user friendly and provide valuable insights.

  • Create product requirements documents

  • Establish support concept: Manage troubleshooting and ensure smooth running of all tools.

  • Ensure DSPU tool management.

  • Gather and Analyze Feedback:

  • Regularly solicit feedback from sales reps and managers on the effectiveness of existing tools.

  • Analyze usage patterns and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Budget Management:

  • Monitor expenses, analyze cost-effectiveness, and make recommendations for budget optimization.

  • Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners on the use of tools.

  • Develop documentation, webinars, and other resources to facilitate adoption and usage.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports on tool usage, performance metrics, and ROI to sales leadership.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Core Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Tool development, Channel Business, Sales Operations or Sales.

  • Experience with channel and technology tools.

  • Experience in working with DevOp Tools like Jira, Azure DevOps

  • Profound O365 skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • SQL and BI skills would be a plus

  • English fluent, German language would be an asset
