Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with knowledge and experience in International Affairs, and an understanding of governance of Government-to-Government relationships.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Familiarity with DoD and IC policies related to international cooperation, acquisition, disclosure & release, and technology transfer

• Capability and experience in organization and logistical support to meetings and internal and external events

• Capability to prepare, coordinate, route, and approve documents and reports

• Ability to communicate and coordinate with other national program managers, scientists and project teams

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS or MA/MS in International Relations, Foreign Affairs, Communications, Political Science, Information Science/Technology or closely related field

• Greater than or equal to 10 years of work experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Able to work in a cubicle environment with teammates as well as Government POCs. Also, have the ability to work off hours to participate in meetings with others in different time zones.

Education Qualifications:

• Degree in International Relations, Foreign Affairs, Communications, Political Science, Information Science/Technology or closely related field
