Description Robert Half is searching for candidates with immediate availability to fill a Contract Manager role. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working directly under the general counsel drafting, managing and negotiating contracts. The primary responsibilities of the Contracts Manager will be maintaining vendor and subcontracts agreements, drafting contracts, and managing and re-negotiating contracts when necessary. What you get to do every single day

  • Provide overall support in contract administration functions for the coordination and oversight of requirements for compliance with the contract terms and conditions, along with relaying information to internal departments

  • Examine external clients' contract terms to align with Company's risk tolerance, and red-line documents as required for compliance

  • Oversee the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

  • Supervise and organize contract templates; procure signatures on contracts

  • Intermediate and outsource contracts

  • Revamp and manage contract repositories

  • Categorize internal and external requests on status of contracts

  • Investigate and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)

  • Ensure contractual provisions and administer contract proposals are ready

  • Log and maintain contracts database Requirements - Less than one year of experience

  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

  • A good fit for candidates that possess strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification, or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Able to perform role's responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Handle reviewing and drafting non-disclosure agreements, like software evaluation and licensing agreements

    • Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence key decision makers

  • Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Logistics

  • Solid understanding of Prepare Reports

  • Reporting experience required

  • Solid understanding of documentation

  • Solid understanding of Enhancement

  • Comprehension of Company Policy

  • Experience with Quotations

  • General familiarity with negotiation

  • Well-founded grasp of Leadership Skills

  • Deep understanding of training

  • Practical knowledge of Financial Notes

  • Earlier work involving Purchase Orders

  • Zoom experience required

  • Wide ranging experience with Stakeholders

  • Previous experience working with suppliers

  • Proficiency in Business Partners

  • Foundational knowledge in compliance

  • Good understanding of Execute

  • Quality experience with Metric Reporting

  • Prior experience with agreements

  • Skills in Specification

  • Experience with Streamlining

  • Planning Processes experience highly desired

  • Foundational knowledge in contract administration

  • Proven knowledge of contracts

  • Very organized in order to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
