We are currently staffing an exciting opportunity with a prominent CRO company. They are looking for a legal professional who is interested in becoming a Contracts Administrator; both JD's and non JD's are acceotable. This is good opportunity for a legal professional who has exposuer with contracts on either a junior administrative level or as part of a practice who wants to break fully into the life sciences service industry with a well-known company. This position is for a CRO (Contract Research Organization) primarily servicing the pharmaceutical industry for clinical trials. Their basic jobs will be:

• Basic redlining and fixing language on what will be fairly boilerplate agreements from their forms and their customers forms. Some negotiation with customers will be involved with guidance from Counsel. These are contracts that go out to their marketplace, Work Orders, NDAs, Change Orders, CDA's, Master Services Agreements and Third Party Agreements. Experience with these are a plus!
• Tracking, Managing the information of, reviewing contracts for the accuracy of their content and data to put into their CLM which is salesforce.

The rate is coming in at $37/hour. This is a remote opportunity, with the possibility of an optional on-site meeting.
