Overview of the Position: Provide solutions for all information-related demands of Aerospace Coatings International.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Design and construct software solutions that meet corporate needs 2. Repair or replace computer equipment as quickly as possible to keep downtime to an absolute minimum 3. Repair or Reinstall mission critical applications such as Pentagon 2000 SQL, Microsoft Office and any other applications 4. Help resolve network (internal and external) and server issues with minimal downtime 5. Ensure daily backups are created and restorable 6. Provide direction and support for the IS Staff 7. Provide monthly backups of the robot instructions 8. Proactively check server logs and system resources for early error detection in all applications (SQL, Intranet, Pentagon, System, Security, etc) 9. Monitor email closely for service requests or questions from users 10. Evaluate, select and implement 3rd party solutions and hardware

11. Provide strategy and vision for the Information Services Department.
12. Promote the Wencor Core Values within the department and throughout the organization
13. Promote product and aviation safety
14. Establish, implement, and monitor metrics for the department
15. Teach, coach, mentor and develop staff/employees (in their department)
16. Integrate ACI's quality management system requirements into the department's processes
17. Promote the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking within the department and throughout the organization
18. Promote improvement within the department and throughout the organization
19. Support other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility
20. Enhance customer satisfaction
21. All other duties as specified by the company.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 1. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required. 2. At least five years' experience in computer field. 3. Should have advanced software design skills 4. Should have advanced full stack software development skills 5. Should have experience with virtualized computing environments 6. Should have intermediate understanding of cyber security 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. Should have intermediate mathematical skills 9. Understand the information needs of an organization and provide solutions. 10. Manage technicians and allocate work based on need. 11. Peripherals maintenance and repair 12. Workstation maintenance and repair 13. Server maintenance and repair 14. Troubleshooting client applications 15. Must speak, read and write the English language.
