Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop, input, access, and retrieve information from various databases; perform word processing and spreadsheet functions; and document, track, and generate reports as required. 2) Utilize medical terminology and procedures required to properly arrange student medical appointments to avoid conflicts in patient care and treatment. 3) Utilize the Health Insurance & Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, apply rules and processes related to general office filing, storage procedures of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and compliance with privacy act laws and compliance with privacy act laws and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
