Position Overview:

Siemens Software is looking for a seasoned leader to drive strategic partnerships across our enterprise software portfolio (Teamcenter, Capital, Polarion). Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our product and business footprint by identifying, analyzing, negotiating, and implementing key partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for potential partnerships

  • Participate in analysis and vetting of potential partnerships

  • Consult on and support the process of securing a new partnerships

  • Liaison with Legal in developing and updating contracts

  • Liaison with Finance to monitor royalties

  • Facilitate cross-organizational participation in partnership agreements where appropriate

  • Maintain a dashboard to track active partnerships including health and key information

  • Define and continuously improve processes and approaches to streamline related activities

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Seasoned leader with extensive (15+ years) software product experience

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) negotiating software partnerships

  • Track record of securing large scale partnerships that resulted in mutual benefit

  • Strategic thinker with an innovative, analytical problem-solving approach

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline

  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills

  • Effective communicator with executive management

  • Flexible team player with a positive attitude towards stakeholder experience

  • Solid general understanding of Siemens product lifecycle management products

  • Solid general understanding of SaaS business and how it relates to partnership agreements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant discipline

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Experience with implementation of partner technology

  • Significant success in leveraging partnerships to reach business goals

  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management market trends and customer needs

  • Prior experience working directly with Product Lifecycle Management customers

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:

  • Office based with potential for remote or hybrid arrangements

  • Minimal travel required (0-5% of time)

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $171,900 to $309,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
