Job Description
We are currently seeking an Information Assurance Senior Manager (IAM) for the Intelligence & Security sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall oversight, coordination, implementation and execution of IA policy, C&A, audits, and ensuring adherence to the provisions of all Government mandates regarding Information Assurance. Must possess a thorough understanding and awareness of IA security requirements especially in regards to the DoD, IC, and organizational security mandates, policies and regulations. Manages ISSM/ISSO staff in conjunction with multiple classified sites.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
5 years of experience with UNIX/LINUX and Windows based operating systems
5 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Advanced Security professional (CASP) certification required
Must meet DoD 8570.1 certification requirements for IAM-III and CND-SPM
Experience with writing IT Security and/or IT Systems process and plan documentation
Ability to travel up to 10%
Must have active TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
XACTA experience
Self-motivated individual
Strong written and oral communication skills
Understanding of system vulnerabilities and exploitation
Understanding of vulnerability mitigation
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
