We are looking for a BDDirectorwho has10+ years of related government contracting industry experience with a blend of Business Development and Capture Management. We want those that possess anentrepreneurial spirit, who brings great energy,and has a proven track record of winning business in the DoD and/or Intelligence Community markets. This role requires someone who is passionate about winning work, competitive, excited about the mission, quick on their feet, and can think strategically. We are looking for a BDDirectorwho understands all facets of the business development lifecycle from opportunity identification, the development ofcapture strategies, and leadership during theproposal development process.

The BD Director will be in charge of developing account plans and market strategies, building and maintaining an account/customer focused pipeline, executing capture strategies, and managing proposal development resources. This role will also work closely with delivery operations to expand their current customer base and identify strategic clients and deals to target. Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+years of related government contracting industry experience - blend of Business Development and Capture Management

  • Experience and knowledge of the business development lifecycle, directly engaging with customers, and the ability to communicate effectively in order to win new business

  • Good energy level, team player, collaborative, and a positive, can-do attitude

Clearance Requirements

  • Secret Security Clearance or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field

  • PMP

  • Top Secret Security Clearance preferred

  • Successful BD/Capture support of IT solutions in DoD and IC Markets

  • Technical Understanding

  • Understanding of client mission requirements

  • Proven track record of competitively winning business in their respective customer accounts (DoD and IC)

  • Experience winning strategic sourcing vehicles and shaping future task orders to be solicited (CIO-SP3, Alliant, OASIS, etc.)
