Universal Health Services Contract Administrator / Executive Assistant in JACKSONVILLE, North Carolina

Responsibilities

Contract Administrator / Executive Assistant is responsible for initiating and maintaining hospital contracts and licensures; credentialing of medical staff; coordination of Executive level meetings and administrative functions such as maintaining hospital calendar(s) and phone lists.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

    Qualifications

Education:

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Experience:

Five (5) years’ secretarial/Executive Assistant experience preferred; one (1) year experience in health care related field preferred.

Physical requirements:

Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Job may be defined as sedentary when walking and standing are required occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
