Reference #: 4374011 THE POSITION The Governor's Office of Administration is seeking an Identity and Access Management Product Manager to join our growing and innovative Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience PA team! This position gives you the opportunity to provide strategic business analysis services to the CODE PA Office. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As an Identity and Access Management Product Manager, you will be identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the office. This position facilitates the development of business/functional/systems requirements and process models through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and other tools during project planning activities and also through the change management process. In this role you will ensure alignment and define success measures for projects/technical solutions in relation to the current corporate goals and strategies. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met, as well as serving as a liaison between business and information technology groups.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must have five years of experience as a Product Manager/Analyst/Lead role for a consumer facing product or service. You must have three years of experience using statistical and analytic software and tools (examples include: R, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). You must possess a certification, or three years of professional experience, in Design Thinking methodologies. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
