  • Alpha Helpdesk: First line of Support for Sourcing and Suppliers

  • Vendor Setup/Change Requests

  • Supply Chain Connect (SCC) Support

  • Payment Issue Resolution

  • Supplier Data Management

  • Management of Service Deliverables to SLA’s

  • Training of resources on processes  

  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written English)

  • General Purchasing System Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Customer Service
