Dayton area company is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team immediately! Job responsibilities will include recruiting, maintaining job postings, administering benefits, supporting employee relations, maintaining HR records, collaborating with managers and business partners and supporting various projects as needed. Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist

• Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in HR

• Proven track record in Employee Relations management

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
