Good experience into supply chain management

• Ability to handle vendor and minting the materials(goods) which comes in and go’s out

• Good communication to manage stakeholders

• Strengths in coding, data structures, algorithms, Object Oriented design and designing for performance, scalability, availability, plus internet and OS security fundamentals.

Exposure while working on the role:

• Responsible for working with supply chain execution, transportation, finance and other Amazon teams on planning and execution of transportation configuration changes

• Support ongoing configuration defects via ticket management process

• Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience and Network Cost

Key job responsibilities

1) Be a key Member of the network excellence team

2) Review the network health and conduct validations of key defect buckets

3) Work on SOPs formation for key processes within the Supply chain org.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Demonstrated analytical ability, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

• Should be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis

• Should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts

• Should be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1.Post graduate (MBA) /B Tech

• 2. Skill to handle sellers as stakeholders/customers with outstanding organizational and follow-up skill

• 3.Good analytical and problem solving skills with a capability of setting priorities and working under pressure

• 4. Must be able to multi-task, managing multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
• 5. Experience working with logistics and/or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• 6. Should be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis
